With over 26 years of experience in bookkeeping, Nicole brings precision, reliability, and a deep understanding of financial management to every client she serves. As the owner, Nicole is dedicated to helping businesses stay financially organized, compliant, and confident in their numbers.

Nicole's hands-on approach, combined with decades of real-world experience, allows her to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each business she works with. Whether it’s day-to-day transaction tracking, reconciling accounts, or preparing reports, her focus is always on accuracy and efficiency.

Austin serves as the Branch Lead for the Montana office, where he is responsible for overseeing operations, supporting client relationships, and driving the strategic growth of the region. While he is early in his accounting career, he brings a strong understanding of business operations, financial fundamentals, and organizational management.

In his role, Austin focuses on ensuring consistent service delivery, managing day-to-day workflows, and acting as the primary point of contact for the Montana branch. He works closely with leadership and experienced accounting professionals to maintain quality standards while building scalable processes that support long-term growth.

Austin is known for his practical approach, strong communication skills, and ability to quickly learn and adapt. His leadership style prioritizes accountability, collaboration, and clear execution, making him well-positioned to lead and grow the Montana branch as the business expands.

Amber has over 15 years of experience in accounting.  She has done everything from small business to corporate accounting.  She loves to work with small businesses to get them organized and have the most accurate financial records possible. 

Amber loves spending time with family, friends, two dogs, and 3 cats. In the summer, she can be found reading or building Lego sets.  In the winter, she’s outside hiking, playing tennis, and enjoying the beautiful Arizona winters. 

McKenzie brings a thoughtful and forward-thinking approach to Business Development and Marketing. Currently pursuing an associate's degree in General Business, they plan to transfer to Arizona State University to complete a bachelor’s degree, further deepening their understanding of business strategy and innovation.

With a strong sense of creativity and adaptability, McKenzie is passionate about building meaningful connections between the business and its clients. Whether through strategic marketing, branding ideas, or community outreach, they infuse each project with fresh ideas and purpose. Their natural flair for thoughtful communication and visual storytelling supports the business’s continued growth and client success.
